Camels are used to transport goods and passengers in the desert due to their high tolerance for food and water scarcity, as well as their ability to carry a heavy load over long distances. They are the best mode of transportation there. We have been camels' favourite travel companion since we domesticated them. Treasures were also carried on the backs of camels.
