Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for vendors participating in the Mashtal Exhibition.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Mashtal Houston (“Organizer”) and the registered Vendor.

The Mashtal Exhibition will be held at Mohammedi Masjid Complex, Houston, Texas.

Saturday, December 6, 2025 — Vendor-only access (4:30 PM – 7:00 PM)
Sunday, December 7, 2025 — Public exhibition (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

• Mashtal reserves the right to approve or reject vendor applications
• All products and services must comply with Islamic guidelines
• Vendors must operate strictly within assigned booth spaces
• Early dismantling of booths before event completion is prohibited
• Mashtal may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time

Vendors are solely responsible for their products, equipment, and display materials. Mashtal shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or personal injury before, during, or after the event.

• Each vendor is provided an 8 ft × 8 ft booth space
• One table and two chairs will be supplied
• Additional branding must not obstruct other booths
• Booths must remain clean and professional

Only sealed, pre-packaged food items are permitted. Any fundraising activity requires prior written approval from the Mashtal team.

• Vendor setup begins on Friday, December 5, 2025
• All booths must be ready before Saturday evening
• Materials must be removed by 10:00 PM on Sunday

Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of government-mandated restrictions or official event cancellation.
